The issue here is just that you are running out of space in the file that stores details of all the dashboards. You can increase this setting from the Server Settings screen, on the Resources tab. Change the setting Maximum memory usage to store details of all the published dashboards to 10MB (see http://screencast.com/t/Uu9NFondZ).
