Error message attempting to access DataPA - Unable to de-serialise server security data.Additional error: Failed to open stream, array passed was empty

Applicable Versions: 4.05 onwards If an Error message is displayed when attempting to access DataPA and this is happening on more than one client there may be an issue with the service. As an initial step to resolution Start and Stop the DataPA Enterprise Service on the server.
